Join Us For A Workshop
Our online workshops are scheduled weekly, last about an hour each, and give you an opportunity to share your questions and concerns with housing experts.
Workshops are through Zoom and can be accessed through your phone (download the Zoom application here) and are available weekly.
The San Diego Eviction Prevention Collaborative, in partnership with the Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment, offers a Basic Tenants’ Rights Workshop to inform tenants of landlord-tenant laws in San Diego and the protections tenants have against eviction. In addition, tenants learn about the power of tenant organizing and where to seek help if they have an eviction lawsuit filed against them. The workshop is offered in English with Spanish interpretation available.

To decrease evictions in San Diego, Community-Based Organizations have united to ensure tenants know their rights.
These workshops are a component of the San Diego Housing Commission’s Eviction Prevention Project (“EPP”). The EPP is funded in whole or in part with Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) Program funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to the City of San Diego.
